WHAT TO EXPECT AT a LEADERSHIP IN THE FALL LINE® public program?
Events range from single day intensives perfect for the busy professional to international all inclusive multi-day programs.
All programs include goal setting and preparation for the time ahead on the slopes, time on snow with premier ski coaches and world renowned leadership coaches, and followup.
Single day intensive programs are geared towards busy professionals seeking to expand leadership abilities, define purpose and values in both work and personal life, create new business connections, and improve alpine skiing strengths and skill. Whether your entire team wants to join us, or just you solo, this program is for you if you are seeking a quick, budget friendly intensive to sharpen leadership skills. Our single day intensives are best suited for intermediate to advanced skiers. Resources for suggested local lodging, transportation options to and from the mountain, as well as ticket and rental information will be sent to each participant upon registration.
Our multi-day events range in inclusivity based on location and duration of the event. Amenities that may be included are food and beverage, lift tickets, apres ski, lodging, etc. Multi-day events are perfect for anyone looking to dive head first into their leadership capabilities and take their performance to the next level. All while benefiting from the shared experience of spending multiple days with the same group of participants, leadership coaches, and ski coaches building relationships and skills that will last a lifetime.
Who facilitates Leadership in the Fall Line®?
You’ll be working with a handful of premier ski coaches. The Leadership in the Fall Line® team is comprised of the top ski instructors in the United States, examiners from the Rocky Mountains, and members of the PSIA National Alpine Team.
Among these instructors are our world-renowned leadership coaches. Using their years of consulting experience and The Miick Tools, our coaches guide your successful performance and growth.
