Emil Bohn

Emil has worked with senior leaders worldwide for over 30 years designing, implementing, and leading large-scale organizational change. He’s a master at leadership and team development.

His success comes partly from supporting execs to acknowledge their current realities, both internal and external, then facilitating a compelling future state. He knows how to get results the organization must deliver.  Emil is a trusted advisor and executive coach.

Emil’s skill has been proven in a wide spectrum of industries including energy, financial services, hospitality, transportation, insurance, direct sales, healthcare, telecommunications, and manufacturing. A partial list of his clients include: Oakwood Healthcare System, Dyson, PetroVietnam, Royal Caribbean International, Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort, GOJO Industries, AT&T Capital, Qwest, US West, Tupperware, Gannett Newspapers, Ameritech, Continental Airlines/Quality Service Institute. He’s worked throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, South America, and Asia Pacific. Emil was most recently Senior Director of Organizational Capability at Blue Shield California. He was previously the Executive Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Kaiser Permanente. He was a co-founder and partner at Maxcomm, Inc., and a tenured associate professor and assistant department head at Utah State University.

Emil is an author of numerous articles appearing in both national and international publications, and is the co-author of The Quest for Service Quality (1996, St. Martin’s Press). His doctorate is in Communication from the University of Utah. Emil and his wife, Christy, recently celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary. He’s a strong skier and has been the alpine coach for Utah State.
