Our price includes the following:

• Leadership coaching

• Ski instruction

• Welcome Reception with Pizza & Goals for the next couple of days @ Backcountry Pizza & Taphouse in Boulder (Wednesday night 6:00pm - 9:00pm)

• Lunch, Thursday and Friday

• Apres ski, Thursday and Friday (4-6)

Cancellation by the participant

•  Up to three months prior to event: full refund minus credit card fees (if applicable)

•  Up to two months prior to event: transfer amount paid to an alternative LITFL event within one year OR 75% refund on event cost paid

•  Up to one month prior to event: non-refundable and non-transferable

  •  Exception: If cancellation is due to injury/illness noted by a doctor that prevents you from participating.  In this case, 75% of costs paid may be transferred to an alternative LITFL event within one year

Cancellation by us

We may cancel a LITFL event up to two months before event date if the location requires a minimum group size which has not been met.  This generally applies to locations where accommodation is exclusive to the LITFL group (chalets, private homes, etc. that we may book out for an event).  We may cancel a LITFL event at any time due to any external event outside of our control that prevents us from running the event at the set location. If we cancel an event, the amount paid can be transferred to an alternative LITFL event or a full refund can be granted.
